Nudge is a new view in Carefam built for regional leaders. It surfaces every candidate at your facilities who needs attention, so you can see where your pipeline is stuck before it costs you a hire.
For each candidate, you see their role, their current stage, and how many days they’ve been there. When something’s been sitting too long, one click opens a pre-filled message to the right hiring managers at that facility asking for an update or next step.
