Follow Up is a new view in Carefam built for regional leaders. It surfaces every candidate at your facilities who needs attention, so you can see where your pipeline is stuck before it costs you a hire.

For each candidate, you see their role, their current stage, and how many days they’ve been there. When something’s been sitting too long, one click opens a pre-filled message to the right hiring managers at that facility asking for an update or next step.

How to Use It

  • Navigate to app.carefam.com/follow-up
  • Review the candidates listed and how long each has been in their current stage
  • Click Nudge on any candidate who’s stuck in limbo
  • Select the facility contacts to notify
  • Send the email

 

What this replaces

Before Follow Up, staying on top of a multi-facility pipeline meant relying on weekly check-ins, manually tracking down the right HR contact at each building, and drafting individual emails. By the time a stalled candidate came up in a meeting, they were usually already gone.

The accountability that moves candidates forward

The goal is faster decisions on candidates who are already in your pipeline. When interview feedback comes back in 24 hours instead of 7 days, candidates stay engaged. When onboarding paperwork is tracked and assigned, orientation happens on schedule.
