AI Engineer

About the role
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to build and scale agents that support healthcare clinicians throughout their hiring journey. You’ll work with proprietary datasets of recruiter–candidate communications and actions to design experiments, train and evaluate models, and push solutions into production.
Beyond modeling, you’ll build supporting systems such as monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and annotation pipelines. The problems we work on span matching algorithms, operational research, conversational AI, and text understanding.

About you
– Self-starter with an owner mindset who takes problems from concept to production
– Strong background in data science, experimentation, and performance evaluation
– Solid engineering skills to take solutions from research to production
– Proficiency in Python and leading ML frameworks (sklearn, pytorch, hugging face, etc.)
– Experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, Pydantic-AI, etc.), and LLM evaluation/observability tooling is a big plus
– 4+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or data science
– BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent army/industry experience)
