Chief of Staff

About the role
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO on the company’s highest-priority initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on driving execution across product, go-to-market, and operations. You’ll act as a force multiplier—bringing structure to ambiguity, ensuring alignment across teams, and helping turn strategy into action.

You’ll lead critical projects end-to-end, from defining the problem to executing and tracking outcomes. This could include launching new markets, refining pricing and packaging, improving internal workflows, or standing up new functions. You’ll also help prepare for key external moments—board meetings, investor updates, and strategic partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate at the center of a fast-scaling company and gain exposure to every part of the business.

About you
– Highly structured thinker who can break down ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
– Strong operator with a bias for action and a track record of executing cross-functional projects
– Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
– Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and influencing without authority
– Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into decisions
– High level of ownership and attention to detail
– 3–7+ years of experience in consulting, startups, operations, or a similar role
– Experience in healthcare or high-growth tech companies is a strong plus
