About the role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle with healthcare organizations—from first touch through close and expansion. You’ll partner with operators, HR leaders, and executives across nursing homes, home health, and hospitals to understand their workforce challenges and position Carefam as a core part of their hiring strategy.

You’ll run a consultative sales process, quantify ROI, navigate complex stakeholders, and drive deals to close. Beyond closing new business, you’ll help shape our go-to-market motion—refining messaging, improving sales processes, and feeding insights back to product and leadership.

About you
– Self-starter with an owner mindset who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
– Strong track record of closing deals end-to-end, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare
– Excellent communicator who can engage both operators and senior executives
– Highly structured and data-driven in managing pipeline, forecasting, and deal strategy
– Comfortable selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
– Ability to deeply understand customer pain points and translate them into compelling solutions
– 3–6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
– Experience in healthcare or HR tech is a strong plus
