Full Stack Engineer - Carefam: The new way to get hired

Carefam is a venture-backed startup helping healthcare organizations build and manage their workforce. Combining AI with human expertise, our platform supports hiring, onboarding, and workforce workflows to keep facilities fully staffed.

About the role
We’re looking for a full stack engineer with strong frontend skills to build and scale the core user experiences of the Carefam platform. You’ll work on the interfaces used by healthcare organizations, recruiters, and clinicians throughout the hiring process.

You’ll design and build product features end-to-end, collaborating with designers, product managers, AI engineers and business owners.

About you
– Self-starter who takes ownership and delivers end-to-end solutions
– Strong frontend engineering skills and experience building modern web applications
– Solid backend fundamentals and experience building APIs
– 4+ years of experience in software engineering
– BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent army/industry experience)
